Before Amazon, I spent years trading on local classifieds and marketplaces — enough transactions, negotiations, and the occasional dispute to know what actually makes a deal go smoothly, and what makes a supplier stop answering their phone.
Right now I'm in active conversations with suppliers across several categories, looking for the kind of long-term partners worth building a real relationship with — not a one-off shipment. If you're reading this, there's a decent chance you're one of them.
